Spectators: 6709 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1709, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Leontin Ţintă started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the game, Liviu Trăilă cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Eduard Borcea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Szenaszakal's Stelian Crețu suffered a concussion after 6 minutes and had to leave the field. Gabriel Baldovin hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. When Andrei Buciuman came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Szenaszakal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andrei Buciuman couldn't finish the play. Pompiliu Arieșan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Liviu Trăilă charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Liviu Trăilă the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Leontin Ţintă received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Eduard Borcea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teodor Manea hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iosif Mușetescu in the 31st minute of play forced Szenaszakal's goalkeeper Eduard Borcea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Motisul FC booed when Szenaszakal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodor Manea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cazimir Budișteanu, 33 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Leontin Ţintă received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Eduard Borcea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Corneliu Pârâianu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrei Buciuman in the 53rd minute of play. Eduard Borcea made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Iosif Mușetescu sent off a good shot on target. When Motisul FC's Leontin Ţintă in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Szenaszakal's goalie prevented a goal. Andrei Buciuman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Motisul FC's Corneliu Pârâianu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrei Buciuman in the 65th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Szenaszakal's goalkeeper Eduard Borcea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iosif Mușetescu. Motisul FC's Corneliu Pârâianu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrei Buciuman in the 70th minute of play. After 73rd play minutes Gabriel Baldovin shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Eduard Borcea and just under the crossbar into goal. 83 minutes into the game, Szenaszakal's Andrei Buciuman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Corneliu Pârâianu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Andrei Buciuman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 87 played minutes Motisul FC got a freekick which was hit by Gabriel Baldovin. In the 93rd minute Andrei Buciuman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Corneliu Pârâianu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leontin Ţintă received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Eduard Borcea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Motisul FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
