Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ursi's Octavian Hurmuz started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Suceag's goalkeeper Iurie Basarabescu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tudor Zglimbea. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vasile Bogza in the 4th minute of play forced Ursi's goalkeeper Aron Buciuceanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th minute, Tudor Zglimbea left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ursi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 9 minutes into the game, Suceag's Virgil Zbughină nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aron Buciuceanu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Iurie Basarabescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Octavian Hurmuz in the 15th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Ursi's Octavian Hurmuz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Iurie Basarabescu. Iurie Basarabescu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Horia Zafiu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Iurie Basarabescu made a huge save. Suceag's Iurie Basarabescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Suceag from getting a goal against them. Leontin Vernescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Aron Buciuceanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iurie Basarabescu didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 28th minute, which inside left pole to 3-1. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Horia Zafiu took a quick shot and it went in 4-1 without a chance for Iurie Basarabescu to make any attempt to save it. Suceag's Iurie Basarabescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Suceag from getting a goal against them. In the 40th minute Octavian Hurmuz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iurie Basarabescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vasile Bogza walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-2.

The wind increased when Vasile Bogza made the kick off in the second half. Iurie Basarabescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Octavian Hurmuz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aron Buciuceanu made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Vasile Bogza sent off a good shot on target. If Leontin Vernescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Octav Corocăescu charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Octav Corocăescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ursi:s Aron Buciuceanu showed great skill when he stopped Vasile Bogza:s penalty. Iurie Basarabescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Octavian Hurmuz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aron Buciuceanu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vasile Bogza in the 66th minute. Martin Novăceanu kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Valeriu Iorgu struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Iurie Basarabescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ursi. Aron Buciuceanu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vasile Bogza's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. In the 92nd minute, Ursi's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Vasile Bogza fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 95 minutes into the game, Vasile Bogza recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Aron Buciuceanu. Vasile Bogza showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-3. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Ursi had won after a very even match.
