Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) FC Butan Gaz's Octav Tăzlăuanu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 8 minutes, Fabian Vermeşan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sudrigiul and the FC Butan Gaz players grew even worse after the yellow card. Fabian Vermeşan kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Cristian Dragomiroiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Calistrat Zdroană in the 11th minute of the match. In the 12th minute, Eusebiu Marian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 17 played minutes, FC Butan Gaz's Stelian Ghișe shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cristian Dragomiroiu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Butan Gaz reached it. Cristian Dragomiroiu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from George Codru went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Iulian Vâlcu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gelu Olariu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. Calistrat Zdroană sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27th minute, Octav Tăzlăuanu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Octav Tăzlăuanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Butan Gaz's supporters rose to their feet, but Octav Tăzlăuanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristian Dragomiroiu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Iulian Vâlcu succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 32nd playminute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Măliță in the 38th minute of play forced Sudrigiul's goalkeeper Cristian Dragomiroiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Sudrigiul's Filip Terzian slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gelu Olariu. That made the score 2-1 after 40 minutes of play. 44 minutes into the game, George Codru cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Cristian Dragomiroiu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

FC Butan Gaz's Gelu Olariu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iulian Vâlcu in the 51st minute of play. After having played for 55 minutes, Fabian Vermeşan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sudrigiul's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabian Vermeşan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 56th minute, Eusebiu Marian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Filip Terzian managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sudrigiul's supporters rose to their feet, but Filip Terzian was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gelu Olariu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Iulian Vâlcu took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gelu Olariu. Gelu Olariu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. 63 minutes into the match, Sudrigiul's goal looked a bit too open when George Codru came free, but Cristian Dragomiroiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Eusebiu Marian fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Butan Gaz's protests and gave Eusebiu Marian a yellow card for diving instead. After 69 played minutes FC Butan Gaz got a freekick which was hit by Eusebiu Marian. Gelu Olariu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iulian Vâlcu's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by George Codru in the 80th minute of play forced Sudrigiul's goalkeeper Cristian Dragomiroiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Butan Gaz's Calistrat Zdroană got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 87 minutes into the match, Filip Terzian notched a goal, 4-3, to the right of FC Butan Gaz's Gelu Olariu. Gelu Olariu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gelu Olariu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavius Pandrea in the 91st minute of the match. In the 92nd minute Fabian Vermeşan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gelu Olariu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gelu Olariu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filip Terzian, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the FC Butan Gaz players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Sudrigiul.
