In the 90thth minute of the game Octav Tăzlăuanu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Otelul Galati's Alex Schipor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 95th minute, FC Otelul Galati's Ernest Onete ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gelu Olariu. Gelu Olariu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. The FC Otelul Galati players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
