An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Zmărăndache in the 10th minute of play forced Fericea's goalkeeper Avram Cioiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Avram Cioiu came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Crusovul CF's Petre Hurmuzescu. But to his dismay, Petre Hurmuzescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Emanuel Zmărăndache received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Avram Cioiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Petre Hurmuzescu in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Avram Cioiu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Emanuel Zmărăndache's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Avram Cioiu was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Emanuel Zmărăndache fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Avram Cioiu having to interfere. If Martin Bitanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Fericea getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. George Eftimiu hit a great ball. Ivan Leluțiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The Crusovul CF fans' excitement grew in the 37th match minute when Crusovul CF's Petre Hurmuzescu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A collision led to Fericea getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. George Eftimiu hit a great ball. After 43 minutes of play, Crusovul CF's Emanuel Zmărăndache made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Avram Cioiu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fericea's Avram Cioiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Zmărăndache in the 47th minute of play. The Fericea players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Crusovul CF were winning 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Martin Bitanu to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Iustin Chiliman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emanuel Zmărăndache might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Avram Cioiu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emanuel Zmărăndache ran back to his position shaking his head. If Ivan Leluțiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Fericea's zone, Petre Hurmuzescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Avram Cioiu came out of the goal and Petre Hurmuzescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Victor Acatincăi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emanuel Zmărăndache charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emanuel Zmărăndache the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Crusovul CF's Emanuel Zmărăndache got a free kick in the 67th minute. A collision led to Fericea getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Mihail Miheș hit a great ball. Crusovul CF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emanuel Zmărăndache was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ivan Leluțiu might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Isac Voiculescu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Crusovul CF's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
