When Gheorghe Corbea came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the wictoria ozun fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gheorghe Corbea couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, FC Drobeta's Alex Boboc got a free kick in the 12th minute. In the 12th minute of the match Tiberiu Andriescu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alex Coposu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, FC Drobeta's Martin Tilea got a free kick in the 13th minute. Gheorghe Corbea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Corneliu Răţescu struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Alex Coposu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. After 23 minutes, Corneliu Răţescu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the wictoria ozun and the FC Drobeta players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to wictoria ozun getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Corneliu Răţescu hit a great ball. In the 26th minute, Martin Tilea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gheorghe Corbea scored 0-1 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alex Coposu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 39 minutes into the match, wictoria ozun's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Tilea came free, but Marin Predoiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. wictoria ozun's Marin Predoiu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save wictoria ozun from getting a goal against them. Alex Boboc kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After 48 minutes of play, wictoria ozun's Codrin Militaru made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alex Coposu was left in no man's land by his defense there! The FC Drobeta players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. wictoria ozun were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Martin Tilea was the one to do the kick off. wictoria ozun's Codrin Militaru got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Dorin Ţeica had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nae Pricop kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. If Gheorghe Corbea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gheorghe Corbea might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alex Coposu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gheorghe Corbea ran back to his position shaking his head. Marin Predoiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ilie Atanasiu in the 75th minute of play. Martin Tilea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marin Predoiu having to interfere. wictoria ozun's Marin Predoiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Tilea in the 80th minute of play. Tiberiu Andriescu took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alex Coposu. Alex Coposu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Dorin Ţeica sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marin Predoiu came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Drobeta's Martin Tilea. But to his dismay, Martin Tilea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. After 97 played minutes wictoria ozun got a freekick which was hit by Tiberiu Andriescu. After some fancy dribbling in the 99th minute, Ilie Atanasiu managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Drobeta's supporters rose to their feet, but Ilie Atanasiu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marin Predoiu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The FC Drobeta fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. wictoria ozun were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
