In the 57th minute Martin Tilea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Tăcutu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of FC Drobeta booed when Lipovul was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ioan David didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Lipovul defense, Ilie Atanasiu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Manuel Tăcutu. The Lipovul fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Manuel Tăcutu should have stopped the shot. Costică Apolzan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alex Coposu having to make a save. In the 69th minute, Costică Apolzan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Costică Apolzan succeeded in the game's 71st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. Mihail Martinaș recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 77thth minute of the game Mihail Martinaș who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Drobeta's Alex Coposu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristinel Bacalbașa during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 80 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC Drobeta! When Mihail Martinaș came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Lipovul fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mihail Martinaș couldn't finish the play. 89 minutes into the game, FC Drobeta's Ilie Atanasiu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Manuel Tăcutu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. After 93 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Lipovul! The crowd rose to their feet as Lipovul's Mihail Martinaș slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alex Coposu. That made the score 3-3 after 97 minutes of play. Lipovul were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
