Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The supporters of Cerdac FC booed when Fc Zalau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Călin Frățilă didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot 6 in the game by Traian Lixandru from a close distance when the talented Maxim Udroiu managed to make a qualified save. Cerdac FC's players were relieved. Maxim Udroiu made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Traian Lixandru sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edgar Arsenescu in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maxim Udroiu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 15 minutes into the match, Cerdac FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edgar Arsenescu came free, but Maxim Udroiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Traian Lixandru came free with the goalkeeper in the 16th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Maxim Udroiu could save by the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edgar Arsenescu in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maxim Udroiu saved Cerdac FC from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Edgar Arsenescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maxim Udroiu was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Maxim Udroiu made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Traian Lixandru sent off a good shot on target. Emanuel Berevoescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Maxim Udroiu made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Traian Lixandru sent off a good shot on target. Cerdac FC's Maxim Udroiu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Cerdac FC from getting a goal against them. When Traian Lixandru came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Fc Zalau fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Traian Lixandru couldn't finish the play. Traian Lixandru blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Maxim Udroiu having to make a save. If Traian Lixandru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Cerdac FC's zone, Edgar Arsenescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maxim Udroiu came out of the goal and Edgar Arsenescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Traian Lixandru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Maxim Udroiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edgar Arsenescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maxim Udroiu having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edgar Arsenescu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fc Zalau's Traian Lixandru got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Edgar Arsenescu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maxim Udroiu was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. Maxim Udroiu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgar Arsenescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Arsenescu in the 76th minute of play forced Cerdac FC's goalkeeper Maxim Udroiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Cerdac FC defense, Traian Lixandru kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Maxim Udroiu. The Cerdac FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Maxim Udroiu should have stopped the shot. After 82 played minutes Fc Zalau got a freekick which was hit by Călin Frățilă. In the 84th minute, Traian Lixandru ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maxim Udroiu was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Maxim Udroiu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgar Arsenescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Traian Lixandru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maxim Udroiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Arsenescu in the 94th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Fc Zalau players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
