Spectators: 6572 (Terracing: 4700, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sever Luțu kicked off to start the match. mediasfc's Călin Ciucă played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Ştiopul in the 3rd minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, Butuluc's Emanuel Ştiopul sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Călin Ciucă narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Călin Ciucă made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sever Luțu in the 10th minute of play. If Emanuel Ştiopul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sever Luțu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Călin Ciucă having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sever Luțu in the 18th minute of play forced mediasfc's goalkeeper Călin Ciucă to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in mediasfc's zone, Sever Luțu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Călin Ciucă came out of the goal and Sever Luțu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 24th match minute, Butuluc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Ştiopul to maneuver through the defense. In the 29th minute Emanuel Ştiopul shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Călin Ciucă saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sever Luțu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Călin Ciucă having to interfere. Emanuel Ştiopul might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Călin Ciucă. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emanuel Ştiopul ran back to his position shaking his head. Călin Ciucă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sever Luțu in the 44th minute of the match. In the 46th minute Sever Luțu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Călin Ciucă saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Albert Logofeteanu to strike the kick off in the second half. Călin Ciucă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sever Luțu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Butuluc's Mihai Bădiliță got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Emanuel Ştiopul in the 86thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Călin Ciucă, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Albert Logofeteanu struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Vasile Stanomir didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for mediasfc. Through an outstanding action, after 96 minutes, Călin Ciucă successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 99 minutes into the match, mediasfc's goalkeeper Călin Ciucă had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emanuel Ştiopul. When the final whistle sounded Butuluc left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than mediasfc.
