The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Sorin Bordeianu took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cristinel Dijmărescu. Cristinel Dijmărescu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 10 minutes into the match, VfB Armin Satu Mare's goal looked a bit too open when Călin Şteţ came free, but Cristinel Dijmărescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. VfB Armin Satu Mare's Cristinel Dijmărescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduard Bogza in the 13th minute of play. Cristinel Dijmărescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Călin Şteţ, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Feltrineli FC's Andrei Caragea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonard Firu in the 27th minute of play. VfB Armin Satu Mare's Cristinel Dijmărescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduard Bogza in the 30th minute of play. 32 minutes into the game, one of VfB Armin Satu Mare:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 33rd minute there was a penalty for Feltrineli FC. Constantin Poplăcean stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Cristinel Dijmărescu. 2-0. In the 37th minute, Leonard Firu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The VfB Armin Satu Mare fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Eliodor Chelbea kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leonard Firu to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Leonard Firu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Andrei Caragea was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Leonard Firu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Liviu Curtean struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Andrei Caragea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for VfB Armin Satu Mare. 57 minutes into the game, Leonard Firu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Andrei Caragea. Leonard Firu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. Eliodor Chelbea's late challenge caught a Feltrineli FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eliodor Chelbea helped the player get up and apologised. Cristinel Dijmărescu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cosmin Răica went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. When Călin Şteţ fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Feltrineli FC's protests and gave Călin Şteţ a yellow card for diving instead. Călin Şteţ hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Leonard Firu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
