Leonard Bulcă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27th minute of the match, Felix Mihu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Rareș Elian was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. David Vârlan kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. 45 minutes into the match, Colacu AC's Felix Mihu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rareș Elian narrowly saved just below the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The supporters of Colacu AC booed when Filea was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Vârlan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 66 minutes, Felix Mihu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Colacu AC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felix Mihu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rareș Elian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Mihu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Felix Mihu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Felix Mihu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Rareș Elian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 97 minutes of play, Colacu AC's Leonard Bulcă made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rareș Elian was left in no man's land by his defense there! Colacu AC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
