Spectators: 7405 (Terracing: 5554, Seating: 1703, VIP seats: 148) Niculae Trişcu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Viorel Griguță came out of the goal and Gelu Gârleanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 10 played minutes UFC Cringuri got a freekick which was hit by Cezar Grămescu. Niculae Trişcu struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Eduard Cluceru didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UFC Cringuri. Niculae Trişcu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the UFC Cringuri defense, Gelu Gârleanu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Viorel Griguță. The UFC Cringuri fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Viorel Griguță should have stopped the shot. If Ferdinand Diaconescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. UFC Cringuri's Viorel Griguță played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gelu Gârleanu in the 30th minute of play. If Adrian Mirciu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute, Paul Hăvârneanu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Viorel Griguță showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrian Mirciu, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. With a little luck, Fc Parta BDK's Eduard Cluceru got control of the ball when Iustinian Semeghin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Adrian Mirciu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 47 minutes, Gelu Gârleanu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fc Parta BDK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gelu Gârleanu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adrian Mirciu to strike the kick off in the second half. Gelu Gârleanu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Viorel Griguță having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Mirciu in the 56th minute of play forced UFC Cringuri's goalkeeper Viorel Griguță to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Gelu Gârleanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 60th minute Adrian Mirciu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viorel Griguță saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, UFC Cringuri's Ferdinand Diaconescu got a free kick in the 66th minute. 69 minutes into the match, UFC Cringuri's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Mirciu came free, but Viorel Griguță reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Gelu Gârleanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Mirciu in the 73rd minute of play forced UFC Cringuri's goalkeeper Viorel Griguță to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cezar Grămescu charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cezar Grămescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to UFC Cringuri getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Cezar Grămescu hit a great ball. In the 77th minute of the match, Gelu Gârleanu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Viorel Griguță was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When Adrian Mirciu came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Fc Parta BDK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adrian Mirciu couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Gelu Gârleanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fc Parta BDK's supporters rose to their feet, but Gelu Gârleanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Viorel Griguță breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Gelu Gârleanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute.
