Cezar Dudea was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Denis Turcu hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Broscauti's Cezar Dudea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Broscauti from getting a goal against them. Marcu Corbu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Nistor Budianu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mihai Davidescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nistor Budianu having to interfere. Cezar Dudea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manole Tunaru in the 47th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After a defensive mix-up in FC Tartasesti's zone, Mihai Davidescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nistor Budianu came out of the goal and Mihai Davidescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 68th minute, Grigore Şantău hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Manole Tunaru in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cezar Dudea saved Broscauti from getting behind. Denis Turcu lost his temper 72 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 71st minute of the game. One of Broscauti:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FC Tartasesti:s goal. Cornel Gugulanu walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Rareș Miclescu hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. When Manole Tunaru came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the FC Tartasesti fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manole Tunaru couldn't finish the play. 79 minutes into the match, Mihai Davidescu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Nistor Budianu, 3-2. In the 84th minute, FC Tartasesti's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Mihai Davidescu fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. A collision led to Broscauti getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Grigore Şantău hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Manole Tunaru's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cezar Dudea was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. Nistor Budianu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mihai Davidescu in the 92nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Mihai Davidescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Broscauti's supporters rose to their feet, but Mihai Davidescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nistor Budianu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Grigore Şantău took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nistor Budianu. Nistor Budianu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
