Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Edgar Greavu started the match with the kick off. After 3 minutes of play, Dorobantii's Edgar Greavu made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dorel Achifoaiei was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 5th minute, Edgar Greavu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Avram Isăcescu came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Leo F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Avram Isăcescu couldn't finish the play. Sergiu Șipoș in the 13thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Dorel Achifoaiei, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With his leg Dorel Achifoaiei managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when Dorobantii's Sergiu Șipoș fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Fabian Enache hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 26th minute, Leo F.C.'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Edgar Greavu fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Dorel Achifoaiei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolae Nandriș in the 28th minute of the match. Edgar Bunoaică sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vasile Chiriac received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Olimpiu Iovanovici tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dorel Achifoaiei made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sergiu Șipoș in the 37th minute. Dorel Achifoaiei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar Greavu in the 40th minute of the match. Avram Isăcescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vasile Chiriac fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olimpiu Iovanovici having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Nicolae Nandriș managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dorobantii's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicolae Nandriș was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dorel Achifoaiei breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Avram Isăcescu made a kick off. Dorobantii's Nicolae Nandriș got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Avram Isăcescu in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Olimpiu Iovanovici prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sergiu Șipoș sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In a very dangerous position, a player in Leo F.C. fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 64th minute. Penalty! Olimpiu Iovanovici showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgar Bunoaică, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. In the 75th match minute, Leo F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavius Pantelimon to maneuver through the defense. Dorel Achifoaiei came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Dorobantii's Constantin Avramescu. But to his dismay, Constantin Avramescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 82nd minute, Nicolae Nandriș left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dorobantii fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Avram Isăcescu came free with the goalkeeper in the 88th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Olimpiu Iovanovici could save by the left post. The supporters of Dorobantii booed when Leo F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Trişcu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 90 minutes, Edgar Greavu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dorobantii's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edgar Greavu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 94 played minutes, Dorobantii's Horaţiu Mereacre shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dorel Achifoaiei came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Dorobantii reached it. After 97 minutes of play, Dorobantii's Sergiu Șipoș made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dorel Achifoaiei was left in no man's land by his defense there! For all the effort they put into the match, the Leo F.C. players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Dorobantii.
