The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Nicu Macavei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moise Macri having to interfere. 14 minutes into the match, Iustin Hulubei notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Sepsi.ISK's Damian Hurezeanu. Damian Hurezeanu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Moise Macri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remigiusz Maciejewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iustin Hulubei got free with Damian Hurezeanu in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cezar Aldulea took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Moise Macri. Moise Macri dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Ernest Șeitan might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Moise Macri. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ernest Șeitan ran back to his position shaking his head. Cezar Aldulea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Cezar Aldulea came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Sepsi.ISK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cezar Aldulea couldn't finish the play. Ernest Șeitan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Husasau's Moise Macri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicu Macavei in the 45th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Ernest Șeitan made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Ernest Șeitan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moise Macri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Mathæus Pandam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 55th minute, Husasau's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ernest Șeitan fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Mathæus Pandam managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sepsi.ISK's supporters rose to their feet, but Mathæus Pandam was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Moise Macri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Mathæus Pandam came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Sepsi.ISK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mathæus Pandam couldn't finish the play. Mathæus Pandam might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Moise Macri. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mathæus Pandam ran back to his position shaking his head. Husasau's Moise Macri proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Husasau from getting a goal against them. If Nicu Macavei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Damian Hurezeanu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Costel Lupulescu went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Moise Macri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernest Șeitan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nicu Macavei succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-3 in the 82nd playminute. Husasau's defense didn't have a chance, in the 85th minute, when Nicu Macavei scored to the left of an out of position Moise Macri, making the score, 2-4. If Cezar Aldulea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 96th minute Costel Lupulescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damian Hurezeanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
