Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dorel Drăghincescu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Cornel Istrate fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gică Cămărășescu having to interfere. Gică Cămărășescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gigel Mazăre in the 12th minute of the match. Cornel Istrate received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Gică Cămărășescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manastiricea FCM's Gică Cămărășescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Manastiricea FCM from getting a goal against them. In the 19th minute, Cornel Istrate hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franco Zarrella in the 25th minute of play forced KIcKeR's goalkeeper Niculae Mironov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute of the match, Cornel Istrate got a very nice opportunity to score, but Gică Cămărășescu was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 29th minute Dorel Drăghincescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niculae Mironov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cornel Istrates short, quick shot in the 39thth minute got Gică Cămărășescu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 40 minutes into the game, Șerban Aldulescu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Manastiricea FCM's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KIcKeR the free kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Gigel Mazăre managed to get in a good position for a shot. KIcKeR's supporters rose to their feet, but Gigel Mazăre was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gică Cămărășescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With his leg Gică Cămărășescu managed to avoid a goal in the 43rdth minute, when KIcKeR's Cornel Istrate fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 44th minute, Dorel Drăghincescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Niculae Mironov was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cornel Istrate stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Narcis Tâbârnă received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Niculae Mironov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 57th minute of the match KIcKeR got a corner. Manastiricea FCM's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cornel Istrate ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on KIcKeR's corner Cornel Istrate fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gică Cămărășescu quite easily take care of the ball. Dorel Drăghincescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niculae Mironov having to interfere. Franco Zarrella received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Niculae Mironov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gigel Mazăre in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gică Cămărășescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 75 minutes into the match, Manastiricea FCM's goal looked a bit too open when Gigel Mazăre came free, but Gică Cămărășescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 82 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Dorel Drăghincescu sped through KIcKeR's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Niculae Mironov. In the 89th minute Gigel Mazăre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gică Cămărășescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Franco Zarrella had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Manastiricea FCM players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
