Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ferdinand Hagi took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4thth minute of the game Mihăiţă Cercelescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FCSB's Dorin Sticlaru was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Mihăiţă Cercelescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Emanuel Moiș came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Falcusa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emanuel Moiș couldn't finish the play. Dorin Sticlaru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihăiţă Cercelescu in the 11th minute of play. Dorin Sticlaru came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Falcusa's Emanuel Moiș. But to his dismay, Emanuel Moiș quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Gigel Bianu took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Olimpiu Buta. Olimpiu Buta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Dorin Sticlaru made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Emanuel Moiș sent off a good shot on target. FCSB's Dorin Sticlaru proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save FCSB from getting a goal against them. Maxim Rainea kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Dorin Sticlaru was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Marcu Coșereanu. Dorin Sticlaru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mihăiţă Cercelescu in the 36th minute of the match. Mihăiţă Cercelescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Dorin Sticlaru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Emanuel Moiș came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Falcusa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emanuel Moiș couldn't finish the play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mihăiţă Cercelescu to strike the kick off in the second half. Dorin Sticlaru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mihăiţă Cercelescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Mihăiţă Cercelescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Falcusa's supporters rose to their feet, but Mihăiţă Cercelescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dorin Sticlaru breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 60 minutes into the match, Emanuel Moiș notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of FCSB's Dorin Sticlaru. Dorin Sticlaru was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 63rd match minute, Falcusa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vlad Voinescu to maneuver through the defense. Dorin Sticlaru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mihăiţă Cercelescu in the 69th minute of the match. Dorin Sticlaru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mihăiţă Cercelescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dorin Sticlaru prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when FCSB's Gigel Bianu in the 92nd minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Olimpiu Buta was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Falcusa through an amazing save. In the 92nd play minute Gigel Bianu came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Olimpiu Buta. 3-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Moiș in the 95th minute of play forced FCSB's goalkeeper Dorin Sticlaru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emanuel Moiș sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Falcusa's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
