Spectators: 6712 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1712, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Niculae Zâncă got the match started through his kick off. If Niculae Zâncă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nicodim Vişoianu did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Petre Cândreanu 7 minutes into the match. After 11 played minutes Silea got a freekick which was hit by Vasile Vintilescu. If Edgar Ciupe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Petre Cândreanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niculae Zâncă in the 19th minute of play. Niculae Zâncă's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Petre Cândreanu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavius Bogatu in the 28th minute of play forced Silea's goalkeeper Mihnea Dragoș to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Silea's Mihnea Dragoș played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Ciupe in the 29th minute of play. In the 30th minute Edgar Ciupe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mihnea Dragoș saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Silea's goal looked a bit too open when Edgar Ciupe came free, but Mihnea Dragoș reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Niculae Zâncă received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Petre Cândreanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edgar Ciupe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mihnea Dragoș having to interfere. Flavius Bogatu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Mihnea Dragoș tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edgar Ciupe to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Edgar Ciupe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A hard shot 54 in the game by Flavius Bogatu from a close distance when the talented Mihnea Dragoș managed to make a qualified save. Silea's players were relieved. Mihnea Dragoș was a little too slow when Edgar Ciupe got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 56th minute. The score was now 1-1. 59 minutes into the game, Seciurile's Flavius Bogatu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mihnea Dragoș made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Nicodim Vişoianu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Niculae Zâncă managed to get in a good position for a shot. Silea's supporters rose to their feet, but Niculae Zâncă was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Petre Cândreanu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Petre Cândreanu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nicodim Vişoianu's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Petruț Lalescu kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. After having played for 71 minutes, Niculae Zâncă managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Silea's supporters crossed their fingers, but Niculae Zâncă was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match clock showed 74 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Niculae Zâncă sped through Seciurile's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Petre Cândreanu. Nicodim Vişoianu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nicodim Vişoianu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Petre Cândreanu having to make a save. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Edgar Ciupe took a quick shot and it went in 2-3 without a chance for Mihnea Dragoș to make any attempt to save it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edgar Ciupe in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mihnea Dragoș saved Silea from getting behind. Silea's Mihnea Dragoș proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Silea from getting a goal against them. Flavius Bogatu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mihnea Dragoș having to interfere. The Silea supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Seciurile's performance. The match ended with a win for Seciurile.
