Spectators: 7386 (Terracing: 5541, Seating: 1698, VIP seats: 147) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Irinel Drăgan took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute Nicolae Lăcătuș shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucian Udurbac saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Irinel Drăgan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Atlantis's Lucian Udurbac played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolae Lăcătuș in the 6th minute of play. When Aron Claudiescu fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atlantis's protests and gave Aron Claudiescu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 6th minute, Aron Claudiescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Irinel Drăgan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marius Arnăutu kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Irinel Drăgan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nicolae Lăcătuș sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Irinel Drăgan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 19th minute, Nicolae Lăcătuș ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lucian Udurbac was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Atlantis's goalkeeper Lucian Udurbac, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 29 minutes Atlantis's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Andrei Ardelean who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Andrei Ardelean almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Atlantis's Lucian Udurbac did a great save. Niculae Oroian's late challenge caught a Ibrianu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Niculae Oroian helped the player get up and apologised. Niculae Oroian hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 31stth minute of the game Irinel Drăgan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atlantis's Lucian Udurbac was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lucian Udurbac came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ibrianu's Nicolae Lăcătuș. But to his dismay, Nicolae Lăcătuș quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Nicolae Lăcătuș sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nicolae Lăcătuș fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucian Udurbac having to interfere. A collision led to Atlantis getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Horaţiu Brânzaru hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Filip Iovulescu made a kick off. Ibrianu's Irinel Drăgan was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 55th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After 58 played minutes Ibrianu got a freekick which was hit by Marian Ivănescu. A collision led to Ibrianu getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Luca Cotuțiu hit a great ball. Irinel Drăgan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Filip Iovulescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Ibrianu getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Iacob Cartiș hit a great ball. When Luca Cotuțiu fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ibrianu's protests and gave Luca Cotuțiu a yellow card for diving instead. Luca Cotuțiu hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Niculae Oroian managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atlantis's supporters rose to their feet, but Niculae Oroian was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valentin Lipoveanu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nicolae Lăcătuș sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Irinel Drăgan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucian Udurbac having to interfere. When the match was over Ibrianu could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Atlantis throughout the match.
