Spectators: 6704 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1704, VIP seats: 0) When Mihail Albu came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Puesti CSM fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mihail Albu couldn't finish the play. When the match clock showed 5 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Niculae Papadima sped through Zalnoc's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Traian Iriza. Mihail Albu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Traian Iriza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Niculae Papadima's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Traian Iriza was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. In the 16th match minute, Puesti CSM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luca Lopatnicu to maneuver through the defense. Petre Arbore took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Valer Fetanu. Valer Fetanu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Puesti CSM's zone, Rareș Comișel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valer Fetanu came out of the goal and Rareș Comișel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Francisc Flamaropol struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Traian Iriza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Puesti CSM. Valer Fetanu was out of position in the 28 minute of play, and Martin Chiliman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Martin Chiliman really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Traian Iriza came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Puesti CSM's Iustinian Grămescu. But to his dismay, Iustinian Grămescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Puesti CSM's Valer Fetanu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Puesti CSM from getting a goal against them. In the 41stth minute of the game Niculae Papadima who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zalnoc's Traian Iriza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Traian Iriza didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Niculae Papadima went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rareș Comișel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Iustinian Grămescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Traian Iriza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niculae Papadima in the 55th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Niculae Papadima got free with Traian Iriza in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Puesti CSM booed when Zalnoc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petre Arbore didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Niculae Papadima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 69 minutes, Petre Arbore mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zalnoc and the Puesti CSM players grew even worse after the yellow card. Niculae Papadima scored 2-4 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Traian Iriza, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Puesti CSM's Eugen Goșa got a free kick in the 77th minute. 79 minutes into the game, Martin Chiliman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-4. Valer Fetanu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Valer Fetanu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Panait Aursulesei went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-4 was the resulting score. In the 84th minute, Niculae Papadima left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Puesti CSM fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-5. If Iustinian Grămescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Francisc Flamaropol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Traian Iriza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Panait Aursulesei kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Traian Iriza was out of position in the 95 minute of play, and Iustinian Grămescu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Iustinian Grămescu really showed his touch with that goal: 4-6. Puesti CSM's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
