Spectators: 6697 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1697, VIP seats: 0) Iosif Mitruț made the kick off and thus started the match. The audience was convinced that Iustinian Fărcașu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alin Negrescu was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. Alin Negrescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iosif Mitruț in the 20th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eduard Meleșcanu during the 24th minute. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Flavius Jurca to make the kick off. In the 54th minute, Iustinian Fărcașu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Farul Constanta's Teodor Tilincă got a free kick in the 64th minute. Iosif Mitruț sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Farul Constanta booed when Karanasuf AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Avram Ciolacu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karanasuf AFC's Alin Negrescu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Karanasuf AFC from getting a goal against them. 80 minutes into the match, Karanasuf AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Iosif Mitruț came free, but Alin Negrescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, Farul Constanta's Iustinian Fărcașu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alin Negrescu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Farul Constanta's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
