After the first half Ciurucul were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nechifor Bunescu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ciurucul's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Haimanalele the free kick. Nechifor Bunescu's late challenge caught a Ciurucul's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nechifor Bunescu helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Haimanalele getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Nechifor Bunescu hit a great ball.
