After a rather tough play, Malu's Luca Daraban got a free kick in the 4th minute. Matei Anton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Panait Buhăescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 14 played minutes F.C Rapid Bucuresti got a freekick which was hit by Panait Buhăescu. After 24 played minutes Malu got a freekick which was hit by Luca Daraban. After a defensive mix-up in Malu's zone, Iustin Gherghescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matei Anton came out of the goal and Iustin Gherghescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 27 minutes, Francisc Bărbuceanu mouthed his way into the referee's book.
