The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Mihnea Dănescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Ghimiș, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. After 65 minutes of play, Brusturoasa's Ovidiu Stroe made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Brusturoasa fully deserved thier win.
