Spectators: 6714 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1714, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sandu Chibulcutean took the kick off in the first half of the match. Rareș Fărcașu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sandu Chibulcutean, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adrian Mantoiu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 7thth minute tested the skills of Mugurel Bidulescu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With an all-out effort, Ezureni's Mugurel Bidulescu threw himself towards the right post 9 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ejder Kutal, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 10th minute, Adrian Mantoiu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ezureni fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Adrian Mantoiu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Mugurel Bidulescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andrei Lupea hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute Adrian Mantoiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mugurel Bidulescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pavel Poplăcean fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rareș Fărcașu having to interfere. Sandu Chibulcutean received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Rareș Fărcașu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ejder Kutal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vlaha's Sandu Chibulcutean got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sandu Chibulcutean in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rareș Fărcașu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ejder Kutal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Mugurel Bidulescu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Adrian Mantoiu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Ezureni's Cayetano Txilar was substituted for Ejder Kutal. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adrian Mantoiu was the one to do the kick off. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Sandu Chibulcutean took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Rareș Fărcașu to make any attempt to save it. Sandu Chibulcutean's late challenge caught a Ezureni's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sandu Chibulcutean helped the player get up and apologised. In the 66th match minute, Vlaha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gigel Zbanţ to maneuver through the defense. Adrian Mantoiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 69 minutes of play, Ezureni's Cayetano Txilar made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mugurel Bidulescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 75thth minute of the game Adrian Mantoiu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vlaha's Mugurel Bidulescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pavel Poplăcean fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rareș Fărcașu having to interfere. Pavel Hrebenciuc kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. A hard shot by Maxim Capătă from long distance, 80 minutes into the match, got Rareș Fărcașu's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Ezureni's Rareș Fărcașu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Ezureni from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Ezureni booed when Vlaha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Petrică Manolescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adrian Mantoiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th minute, Adrian Mantoiu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ezureni fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Ezureni's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
