Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Deivid Diniz made the kick off and thus started the match. Francisc Daraban showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manole Răuțu in the 4th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Claudiu Vărzaru kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Francisc Daraban. That made the score 1-0 in the 6 minute of play. Mihai Mitruț received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Francisc Daraban came out and tried to block the shot, but Mihai Mitruț slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 9th minute. Francisc Daraban made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Mihai Mitruț sent off a good shot on target. Deivid Diniz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 26th minute of the match Mosoarele UFC got a corner. The Geeks's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Emil Pătru ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Manole Răuțu got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 3-0. 27 minutes into the match. 30 minutes into the game, Mosoarele UFC's Albert Curta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Francisc Daraban made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Deivid Diniz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Augustin Furdui charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Augustin Furdui the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of The Geeks booed when Mosoarele UFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augustin Furdui didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eusebiu Molodețiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denis Hurmuzescu in the 39th minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, The Geeks's goalkeeper Francisc Daraban had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Albert Curta. A collision led to Mosoarele UFC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Eusebiu Răuţă hit a great ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Manole Răuțu to make the kick off. If Albert Curta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 56 minutes into the game, Albert Curta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Francisc Daraban was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 62 minutes into the game, Albert Curta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manole Răuțu in the 65th minute of play forced The Geeks's goalkeeper Francisc Daraban to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th minute Mihai Mitruț shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisc Daraban saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 70 minutes, Jens-Ove Ålberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the The Geeks and the Mosoarele UFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 83 played minutes The Geeks got a freekick which was hit by Dumitru Andronic. Francisc Daraban showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manole Răuțu, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. In the 87th minute Mosoarele UFC were awarded a corner.
