In the 66thth minute of the game Cristi Niculescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Toporu's Ionel Avramescu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ionel Avramescu was a little too slow when Cristi Niculescu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 67th minute. The score was now 0-3. 71 minutes into the game, Cristi Niculescu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ionel Avramescu. When Ioan Oltean fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gavanu AFC's protests and gave Ioan Oltean a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Gavanu AFC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Ioan Oltean hit a great ball. Albert Daimacă kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Ionel Avramescu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristi Niculescu's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute.
