Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisc Beșliu in the 4th minute of play forced MD2020's goalkeeper Eusebiu Rușanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luca Teaşcă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusebiu Rușanu having to interfere. When George Sava came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Largasenii fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that George Sava couldn't finish the play. 19 minutes into the match, MD2020's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Teaşcă came free, but Eusebiu Rușanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Octavian Mălăncioiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. George Savas short, quick shot in the 25thth minute got Eusebiu Rușanu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 26th minute, Largasenii's Luca Teaşcă ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Eusebiu Rușanu. Eusebiu Rușanu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Octavian Mălăncioiu struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Iurie Boteanu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MD2020. George Sava received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Eusebiu Rușanu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Luca Teaşcă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luca Teaşcă in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eusebiu Rușanu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Luca Teaşcă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 48th minute Luca Teaşcă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusebiu Rușanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luca Teaşcă was the one to do the kick off. Luca Teaşcă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When George Sava came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Largasenii fans jumped to their feet. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eusebiu Rușanu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Largasenii's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
