Belciugatele
Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Gică Codruț started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Hondol's Octavian Pană played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horaţiu Comănescu in the 7th minute of play. Horaţiu Comănescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 13th minute, but Octavian Pană got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Hondol hanging dry this time. Marian Soare kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. If Iustin Drâmbă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 24th minute, Aron Hrean hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Belciugatele booed when Hondol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aron Hrean didn't get a good kick on the ball. 28 minutes into the game, Horaţiu Comănescu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Octavian Pană. Horaţiu Comănescu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. If Gică Codruț had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nichifor Budianu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Codruț Ciuhandu having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gică Codruț in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Codruț Ciuhandu saved Belciugatele from getting behind. After 36 minutes, Damian Galiceanu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Belciugatele and the Hondol players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 37th match minute, Belciugatele was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damian Galiceanu to maneuver through the defense. Codruț Ciuhandu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nichifor Budianu in the 39th minute of play. Octavian Pană made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iustin Drâmbă in the 43rd minute. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hondol's goalkeeper Octavian Pană, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Horaţiu Comănescu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horaţiu Comănescu in the 55th minute of play forced Hondol's goalkeeper Octavian Pană to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Belciugatele's defense didn't have a chance, in the 56th minute, when Aron Hrean scored to the left of an out of position Codruț Ciuhandu, making the score, 1-1. In the 64th match minute, Hondol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Brănet to maneuver through the defense. In the 65th minute of the match Ciprian Silvian shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Octavian Pană showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Nichifor Budianu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nichifor Budianu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Codruț Ciuhandu having to make a save. In the 82nd minute, one of Belciugatele:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Belciugatele. Belciugatele:s Codruț Ciuhandu showed great skill when he stopped Fabian Brănet:s penalty. Nichifor Budianu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Codruț Ciuhandu having to interfere. Horaţiu Comănescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Octavian Pană tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Horaţiu Comănescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Iustin Drâmbă struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Octavian Pană didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Belciugatele. If Marian Soare had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 100th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Belciugatele fans cheered their team off the field, for while Hondol had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
