Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ghiulita UFC's Victor Pușcașu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dalbocita's Pompiliu Onaca suffered a sore thigh after 9 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Isac Caba during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Isac Caba kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Victor Pușcașu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tudor Cocea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Petrică Balint, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Tudor Cocea didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Victor Pușcașu went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Eric Căliman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Butnaru in the 27th minute. Dalbocita's Daniel Butnaru got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Daniel Butnaru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isac Caba kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. 47 minutes into the game, Calistrat Irimia was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dalbocita's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ghiulita UFC the free kick. 47 minutes into the game, one of Dalbocita:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Butnaru to strike the kick off in the second half. Daniel Butnaru's late challenge caught a Ghiulita UFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Daniel Butnaru helped the player get up and apologised. 58 minutes into the match, Ghiulita UFC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Butnaru came free, but Eric Căliman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 65 minutes into the game, Daniel Butnaru cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Eric Căliman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Eric Căliman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Butnaru in the 70th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Ghiulita UFC's zone, Daniel Butnaru stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eric Căliman came out of the goal and Daniel Butnaru tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 74th minute, Daniel Butnaru got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Dalbocita getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Calistrat Irimia hit a great ball. Silviu Bobocea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tudor Cocea having to interfere. Daniel Butnaru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Eric Căliman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Niculae Stroie during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Ghiulita UFC booed when Dalbocita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niculae Stroie didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eric Căliman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Butnaru in the 89th minute of play. Dalbocita's Tudor Cocea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Dalbocita from getting a goal against them. When Petrică Balint came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Ghiulita UFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Petrică Balint couldn't finish the play. Daniel Butnaru struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Eric Căliman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dalbocita. Dalbocita's Toader Zăgănescu got a good chance for a goal in the 99th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Although Dalbocita had been in control for most of the match, Ghiulita UFC still came away with the win.
