If Mihail Tărău had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eusebiu Alucusan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 19 minutes into the match, Sacalusesti's goal looked a bit too open when Eusebiu Alucusan came free, but Viorel Muncelean reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adrian Răchitan kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Sacalusesti's Adrian Răchitan got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Viorel Muncelean took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mihail Tărău, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd minute, Eusebiu Alucusan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half the score was level. Eusebiu Alucusan in the 53rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Viorel Muncelean, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Viorel Muncelean stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mihail Tărău's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Mihail Tărău's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 58thth minute, Viorel Muncelean skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adrian Răchitan during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eusebiu Alucusan couldn't finish the play. Sacalusesti's Viorel Muncelean played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mihail Tărău in the 71st minute of play. Viorel Muncelean came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Poderee FCM's Mihail Tărău. But to his dismay, Mihail Tărău quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. A collision led to Sacalusesti getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Sabin Dobre hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mihail Tărău in the 82nd minute of play forced Sacalusesti's goalkeeper Viorel Muncelean to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 94 minutes into the game, Poderee FCM's Eusebiu Alucusan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
