Petrică Bocșa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vlad Horodincă in the 31st minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nistor Greblă in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Petrică Bocșa saved Frunzeasca CSS from getting behind. Mihai Enciulescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anton Brezoi having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Iohanisfeld's Daniel Geolgău got a free kick in the 38th minute. A collision led to Iohanisfeld getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Panait Alupoaie hit a great ball. After the first half Iohanisfeld were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nistor Greblă in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Petrică Bocșa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 54th minute, Vlad Horodincă fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leonard Bărcăuan got free with Petrică Bocșa in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Frunzeasca CSS's Sandu Potoroacă got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vlad Horodincă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petrică Bocșa having to interfere. If Nistor Greblă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Frunzeasca CSS getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Costin Pamfil hit a great ball. Iohanisfeld's Panait Alupoaie got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 80 played minutes Nistor Greblă rounded Frunzeasca CSS's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-4. After 86 minutes, Nistor Greblă made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. Frunzeasca CSS's Petrică Bocșa tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 89th match minute, Iohanisfeld was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isac Ştefănucă to maneuver through the defense.
