Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Manuel Bordeianu got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the game, Tiberiu Cosariu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Puini's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tepeseni the free kick. The supporters of Tepeseni booed when Puini was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiberiu Cosariu didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Tudor Rogozea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alex Melinte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 11 played minutes Puini got a freekick which was hit by Dumitru Braia. Tudor Rogozeas short, quick shot in the 14thth minute got Gelu Opriș to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tudor Rogozea got free with Gelu Opriș in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 16th match minute, Puini was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olimpiu Latarețu to maneuver through the defense. Mădălin Pârvan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gelu Opriș having to interfere. If Mădălin Pârvan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 24 played minutes, Puini's Paul Balint shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dragoş Vrejiu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Puini reached it. After a rather tough play, Tepeseni's Tudor Rogozea got a free kick in the 25th minute. After 27 played minutes Tepeseni got a freekick which was hit by Romeo Tudoran. In the 29th minute, Tepeseni's Romeo Tudoran dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Gelu Opriș was a little too slow when Mădălin Pârvan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 32nd minute. The score was now 2-0. After having played for 35 minutes, Mădălin Pârvan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tepeseni's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mădălin Pârvan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mădălin Pârvan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tudor Rogozea struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Gelu Opriș didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tepeseni. Gelu Opriș showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mădălin Pârvan in the 40th minute of the match. Tudor Rogozea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Gelu Opriș tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Puini's Gelu Opriș played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mădălin Pârvan in the 44th minute of play. Tudor Rogozea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Tepeseni booed when Puini was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mugurel Fărcașu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 47 minutes, Tudor Rogozea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tepeseni's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tudor Rogozea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Mădălin Pârvan made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Puini's goalkeeper Gelu Opriș, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mădălin Pârvan in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gelu Opriș saved Puini from getting behind. After 59 minutes, Romeo Tudoran mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tepeseni and the Puini players grew even worse after the yellow card. Romeo Tudoran hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. The audience cheered loudly when Paul Balint's long shot in the 60th minute became 2-1 when the ball went to the left of and passed Dragoş Vrejiu. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mădălin Pârvan in the 65th minute of play forced Puini's goalkeeper Gelu Opriș to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Puini defense, Mădălin Pârvan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gelu Opriș. The Puini fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gelu Opriș should have stopped the shot. Gelu Opriș made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tudor Rogozea in the 71st minute of play. Gelu Opriș came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Tepeseni's Tudor Rogozea. But to his dismay, Tudor Rogozea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Mădălin Pârvan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Romeo Tudoran was shown his second yellow card after 83 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Romeo Tudoran kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Manuel Bordeianu in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dragoş Vrejiu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tepeseni's Tudor Rogozea got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Tepeseni fully deserved thier win.
