Emilian Jugănaru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Codruț Torouţ in the 70th minute of the match. Eugen Miclauș showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Coşkun Cevar, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Coşkun Cevar succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-2 in the 74th playminute. FC Steaua Lehliu's Eugen Miclauș played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavius Buzoianu in the 77th minute of play.
