Dan Medeleanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Costin Vanghelie kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Dan Medeleanu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 11thth minute, Moise Dobrin skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 11th match minute, Caiutul CSM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victor Zamfira to maneuver through the defense. Dan Medeleanu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Moise Dobrin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Dan Medeleanu in the 14thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Moise Dobrin, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Dan Medeleanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 15th minute Mădălin Gârdescu collided with an opponent which caused him a fractured collar bone. Fc Viganii's Cezar Cămărășescu was substituted for Mădălin Gârdescu. Costin Vanghelie hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. In the 19th minute, Moise Butuc hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Moise Dobrin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rareș Gâfu, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Caiutul CSM's zone, Dan Medeleanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Moise Dobrin came out of the goal and Dan Medeleanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 25th minute Ştefan Mândrilă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viorel Bârsan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dan Medeleanu in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Moise Dobrin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 33 played minutes Fc Viganii got a freekick which was hit by Moise Butuc. Ştefan Mândrilă sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 39 minutes into the match, Rareș Gâfu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Moise Dobrin, 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Dan Medeleanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fc Viganii's supporters rose to their feet, but Dan Medeleanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Moise Dobrin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dan Medeleanu was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute Fc Viganii were awarded a corner. Costel Costescu went to the cornerflag to take it. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Dan Medeleanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fc Viganii's supporters rose to their feet, but Dan Medeleanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Moise Dobrin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 57th minute, Rareș Gâfu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Moise Dobrin was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Moise Butuc kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Rareș Gâfu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moise Dobrin having to interfere. When the match clock showed 66 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Dan Medeleanu sped through Caiutul CSM's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Moise Dobrin. In the 70th minute, Rareș Gâfu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Moise Dobrin was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Rareș Gâfu put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Moise Dobrin. 82 minutes into the match, Caiutul CSM's Ştefan Mândrilă sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Viorel Bârsan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 85th minute, Rareș Gâfu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Moise Dobrin was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0.
