After 38 played minutes FC REAL UNIREA got a freekick which was hit by Mugur Cozaru. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Horaţiu Păunescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Octav Eftimescu in the 64thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Toader Mustăcilă, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 67 minutes of play, milan din banat's Iurie Petruț made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Horaţiu Păunescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the FC REAL UNIREA defense, Iurie Petruț kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Horaţiu Păunescu. The FC REAL UNIREA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Horaţiu Păunescu should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nae Panait during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Edgar Gogu hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match.
