Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) CFR CLUJ's Albrecht Brenner started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some careless play in the CFR CLUJ defense, Cazimir Enoaia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nicu Magheran. The CFR CLUJ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nicu Magheran should have stopped the shot. Cazimir Enoaia took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nicu Magheran. Nicu Magheran dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 9th minute, Ivan Tulbure fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. CFR CLUJ's Nicu Magheran proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save CFR CLUJ from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Harastas getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Galindo Rosas hit a great ball. In the 17th minute of the match, Eusebiu Tăutu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nicu Magheran saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Stephan Schockenhoff sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With an all-out effort, Harastas's Nicu Magheran threw himself towards the right post 21 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Eusebiu Tăutu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a rather tough play, Harastas's Dacian Pomuț got a free kick in the 25th minute. With a little luck, CFR CLUJ's Nicu Magheran got control of the ball when Cazimir Enoaia tried to sneak it across the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stephan Schockenhoff in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nicu Magheran saved CFR CLUJ from getting behind. CFR CLUJ's Nicu Magheran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stephan Schockenhoff in the 63rd minute of play. 69 minutes into the game, Harastas's Eusebiu Tăutu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nicu Magheran made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. A collision led to Harastas getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Galindo Rosas hit a great ball. Nicu Magheran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cazimir Enoaia, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Nicu Magheran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eusebiu Tăutu in the 81st minute of the match. 江西洋 was out of position in the 84 minute of play, and Romeo Duca capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Romeo Duca really showed his touch with that goal: 4-1. After 87 played minutes Harastas got a freekick which was hit by Eusebiu Tăutu. A collision led to Harastas getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. George Bugariu hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Romeo Duca managed to get in a good position for a shot. CFR CLUJ's supporters rose to their feet, but Romeo Duca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 江西洋 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
