Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 0) Marcu Bobocea started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a rather tough play, Tifra's Marius Tudor got a free kick in the 3rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marius Tudor in the 7th minute of play forced Ciucia's goalkeeper Maxim Bârza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Ciucia's zone, Marcu Bobocea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maxim Bârza came out of the goal and Marcu Bobocea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Horaţiu Văcăroiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pompiliu Nae having to interfere. Pompiliu Nae didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Horaţiu Văcăroiu went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Horaţiu Văcăroiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 18 minutes into the match, Tifra's goal looked a bit too open when Horaţiu Văcăroiu came free, but Pompiliu Nae reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maxim Bârza made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Marcu Bobocea sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcu Bobocea in the 26th minute of play forced Ciucia's goalkeeper Maxim Bârza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Horaţiu Văcăroiu came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Ciucia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Horaţiu Văcăroiu couldn't finish the play. Maxim Bârza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcu Bobocea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th match minute, Ciucia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mădălin Câmpeanu to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Maxim Bârza managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when Tifra's Iulian Abutnăriței fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Mădălin Câmpeanu fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ciucia's protests and gave Mădălin Câmpeanu a yellow card for diving instead. Horaţiu Mincu was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 37th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 42 minutes into the match, Ciucia's goalkeeper Maxim Bârza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iulian Abutnăriței. Horaţiu Văcăroiu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Pompiliu Nae tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Horaţiu Văcăroiu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Tifra players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ciucia were winning 0-1.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Horaţiu Văcăroiu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Iulian Abutnăriței recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Marcu Bobocea's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maxim Bârza was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Marcu Bobocea struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Maxim Bârza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tifra. When Marcu Bobocea came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Tifra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcu Bobocea couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Ciucia getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Mădălin Câmpeanu hit a great ball. The supporters of Tifra booed when Ciucia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mădălin Câmpeanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Marcu Bobocea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tifra's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcu Bobocea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maxim Bârza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Maxim Bârza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marius Tudor, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Pompiliu Nae was a little too slow when Horaţiu Văcăroiu got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 83rd minute. The score was now 0-2. Pompiliu Nae made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when David Voiculescu sent off a good shot on target. Ciucia's Horaţiu Văcăroiu got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Ciucia players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
