Spectators: 3100 (Terracing: 2000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Marcel Vladimirescu started the match with the kick off. Iustin Bocșan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aurel Onciu in the 3rd minute of the match. 4 minutes into the match, Apateu's goalkeeper Iustin Bocșan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Florin Mischie. Iustin Bocșan made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Florin Mischie sent off a good shot on target. 6 minutes into the game, Emanuel Negru was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Apateu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ghiris CF the free kick. The supporters of Ghiris CF booed when Apateu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Negru didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iustin Bocșan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aurel Onciu, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Dorel Apopei kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 25th minute, Emanuel Negru got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 27th minute, Florin Mischie ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iustin Bocșan was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. With a little luck, Apateu's Iustin Bocșan got control of the ball when Iacob Frântu tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 31st minute, Ghiris CF's Florin Mischie ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Iustin Bocșan. Aurel Onciu charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aurel Onciu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Ghiris CF getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Aurel Onciu hit a great ball. Marcel Vladimirescu hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Martin Stoleru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuel Negru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iustin Bran's late challenge caught a Ghiris CF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iustin Bran helped the player get up and apologised.

The wind increased when Emanuel Negru made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Apateu's goal looked a bit too open when Costel Grozuță came free, but Iustin Bocșan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iustin Bocșan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcel Vladimirescu in the 83rd minute of play. 6-1 became the score in the 85th minute when Marcel Vladimirescu elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 95th minute, Florin Mischie ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iustin Bocșan was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Ghiris CF fully deserved thier win.
