Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After 4 minutes, Nichifor Iureș mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lucky Strike and the Gugesti CF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nichifor Iureș kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Damian Ţipirig hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. In the 15th minute, Gugesti CF's Panait Iorgu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cazimir Balint. Cazimir Balint yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 19thth minute of the game Ernest Pamfil who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gugesti CF's Dragoş Panduru was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 22nd minute of the match Marian Caramitru shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dragoş Panduru showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Basarab Cînu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Damian Ţipirig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 31 minutes into the game, Panait Iorgu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cazimir Balint. Panait Iorgu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 35th minute, Basarab Cînu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cazimir Balint was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Panait Iorgu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cazimir Balint stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Panait Iorgu's shot from short distance in the 48th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Panait Iorgu made a kick off. Aron Baldovin charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aron Baldovin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Gugesti CF's Aron Baldovin got a free kick in the 57th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Lucky Strike's Dinu Hidiș tried to score from far away in the 58th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When Narcis Muscaș came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Gugesti CF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Narcis Muscaș couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Panait Iorgu in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cazimir Balint saved Lucky Strike from getting behind. Gugesti CF's Dragoş Panduru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Ţipirig in the 71st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Damian Ţipirig in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dragoş Panduru prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dragoş Panduru made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Ernest Pamfil sent off a good shot on target. Ernest Pamfil's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 79thth minute, Dragoş Panduru skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ernest Pamfil got free with Dragoş Panduru in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Damian Ţipirig came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Lucky Strike fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damian Ţipirig couldn't finish the play. Panait Iorgu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cazimir Balint read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. If Basarab Cînu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gugesti CF's Panait Iorgu got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gugesti CF's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
