Spectators: 6722 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1722, VIP seats: 0) Geacas AFC's Octav Ţugui started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Leonard Traian stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Octav Ţugui's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. Lucian Cămărășan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Pompiliu Robu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonard Traian having to interfere. When Geacas AFC's Octav Ţugui in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Borastii's goalie prevented a goal. Kord Holthuis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mugurel Zăvoianu, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Octav Ţugui recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Geacas AFC's Kord Holthuis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mugurel Zăvoianu in the 23rd minute of play. With a little luck, Borastii's Leonard Traian got control of the ball when Pompiliu Robu tried to sneak it across the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Geacas AFC's Octav Ţugui sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leonard Traian narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mugurel Zăvoianu kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Octav Ţugui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Leonard Traian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Lucian Cămărășan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonard Traian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octav Ţugui in the 33rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pompiliu Robu got free with Leonard Traian in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pompiliu Robu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Octav Ţugui's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 39thth minute, Leonard Traian skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Pompiliu Robu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Geacas AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Pompiliu Robu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonard Traian breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 42 played minutes Borastii got a freekick which was hit by Vasile Albulescu. Leonard Traian acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 43rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Octav Buhuș. Octav Ţugui in the 45thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Leonard Traian, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With his leg Leonard Traian managed to avoid a goal in the 46thth minute, when Geacas AFC's Octav Ţugui fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Lucian Cămărășan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonard Traian having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Narcis Pacurar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Leonard Traian came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Geacas AFC's Pompiliu Robu. But to his dismay, Pompiliu Robu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Pompiliu Robu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Leonard Traian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Geacas AFC's Octav Buhuș got a free kick in the 60th minute. Geacas AFC were furious when Dinu Buhoiu was red carded, 63 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. When the match had been going on for 65 minutes, Borastii's Romeo Şoimu got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Kord Holthuis. Leonard Traian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucian Cămărășan in the 67th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute Lucian Cămărășan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonard Traian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Borastii's Leonard Traian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Octav Ţugui in the 76th minute of play. Leonard Traian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Octav Ţugui, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leonard Traian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Octav Ţugui, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. After 84 minutes of play, Geacas AFC's Octav Ţugui made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Leonard Traian was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Octav Ţugui in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonard Traian saved Borastii from getting behind. Octav Ţugui received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Leonard Traian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Geacas AFC fully deserved thier win.
