CF XII-H 2006's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mihnea Praporgescu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 21 minutes into the match, CF XII-H 2006's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Senin came free, but Mihăiţă Aluncai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Mihnea Praporgescu notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of CF XII-H 2006's Mihăiţă Aluncai. Mihăiţă Aluncai was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 27 minutes into the match, CF XII-H 2006's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Senin came free, but Mihăiţă Aluncai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mihăiţă Aluncai stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristian Senin's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sandu Gabor in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mihăiţă Aluncai saved CF XII-H 2006 from getting behind. If Cristian Senin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to CF XII-H 2006 getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Emanuel Tărău hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in CF XII-H 2006's zone, Cristian Senin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mihăiţă Aluncai came out of the goal and Cristian Senin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind CF XII-H 2006's goalkeeper Mihăiţă Aluncai, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Ferdinand Iordănescu made the kick off in the second half. If Mihnea Praporgescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristian Senin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Mihăiţă Aluncai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in CF XII-H 2006's zone, Mihail Buligan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mihăiţă Aluncai came out of the goal and Mihail Buligan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match was over Lapus could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than CF XII-H 2006 throughout the match.
