The supporters of Arsenal Londra booed when Stiubeiu SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marius Dogaru didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gigi Steriopol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Dragoş Vişoianu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Costin Halipa during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 8th match minute, Stiubeiu SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Costin Halipa to maneuver through the defense. In the 10th minute, Petre Leahu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Olimpiu Coporan. The goal made the score 1-0. Olimpiu Coporan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Petre Leahu, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. If Petre Leahu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Petre Leahu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Narcis Mitrea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 41 minutes, Matei Macri mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stiubeiu SC and the Arsenal Londra players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 57th minute, Corneliu Vădan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stiubeiu SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Narcis Mitrea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olimpiu Coporan having to interfere. Arsenal Londra's Olimpiu Coporan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petre Leahu in the 68th minute of play. Olimpiu Coporan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Narcis Mitrea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 73 played minutes Arsenal Londra got a freekick which was hit by Mihăiţă Ciompec. Dragoş Iacob hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 76th minute, Costin Halipa sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Arsenal Londra's Olimpiu Coporan didn't even have to move. Olimpiu Coporan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Narcis Mitrea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Arsenal Londra defense, Petre Leahu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Olimpiu Coporan. The Arsenal Londra fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Olimpiu Coporan should have stopped the shot. In the 83rd minute Petre Leahu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olimpiu Coporan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Narcis Mitrea struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Olimpiu Coporan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stiubeiu SC. Narcis Mitrea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Narcis Mitrea might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Olimpiu Coporan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Narcis Mitrea ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 94th minute, Petre Leahu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 99th minute, Narcis Mitrea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stiubeiu SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Narcis Mitrea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olimpiu Coporan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Stiubeiu SC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
