Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Iacob Dominte got the match started through his kick off. When Iacob Dominte came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the papasoglu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iacob Dominte couldn't finish the play. If Ferdinand Iordănescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Mădălin Banica fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored papasoglu's protests and gave Mădălin Banica a yellow card for diving instead. In the 8th match minute, papasoglu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mădălin Banica to maneuver through the defense. Fabian Ciurea kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Cazimir Atanasiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferdinand Iordănescu in the 18th minute of play. Mihăiţă Aluncai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iacob Dominte in the 25th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferdinand Iordănescu in the 27th minute of play forced papasoglu's goalkeeper Cazimir Atanasiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mihăiţă Aluncai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iacob Dominte in the 29th minute of the match. Emanuel Tărău fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cazimir Atanasiu having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferdinand Iordănescu in the 36th minute of play forced papasoglu's goalkeeper Cazimir Atanasiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rareș Petrin struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Mihăiţă Aluncai didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for papasoglu. Iacob Dominte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Mihăiţă Aluncai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mihăiţă Aluncai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rareș Petrin in the 43rd minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ferdinand Iordănescu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Ferdinand Iordănescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. CF XII-H 2006's supporters rose to their feet, but Ferdinand Iordănescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cazimir Atanasiu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cazimir Atanasiu came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by CF XII-H 2006's Ferdinand Iordănescu. But to his dismay, Ferdinand Iordănescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Iacob Dominte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Mihăiţă Aluncai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iacob Dominte blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mihăiţă Aluncai having to make a save. A collision led to CF XII-H 2006 getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Pavel Donose hit a great ball. Toader Rucăreanu was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 73rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Emanuel Tărău sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 87th minute of the match Nichifor Boc shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cazimir Atanasiu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 93rd match minute, papasoglu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mădălin Banica to maneuver through the defense. Nichifor Boc took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 93rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cazimir Atanasiu. papasoglu's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 94 played minutes papasoglu got a freekick which was hit by Fabian Ciurea. Cazimir Atanasiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferdinand Iordănescu in the 96th minute of play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
