Spectators: 7578 (Terracing: 5684, Seating: 1743, VIP seats: 151) Nicodim Izvoranu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nicodim Izvoranu in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Octavian Manole prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 7 minutes into the game, Iosif Păun was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. S.S. Lazio Craiova's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dinamo Bv the free kick. Iosif Păun hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. After having played for 9 minutes, Virgil Stoian managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dinamo Bv's supporters crossed their fingers, but Virgil Stoian was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of S.S. Lazio Craiova booed when Dinamo Bv was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matei Ştoia didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th minute, Panait Răuțchi fired a really elegant long shot, but Octav Vâlcu threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Damian Rădescu got free with Octav Vâlcu in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Virgil Stoian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Ioan Chibulcutean managed to get in a good position for a shot. S.S. Lazio Craiova's supporters rose to their feet, but Ioan Chibulcutean was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Octav Vâlcu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Virgil Stoian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Octavian Manole made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Virgil Stoian in the 32nd minute of play. Ioan Chibulcutean fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Octav Vâlcu having to interfere. Octavian Manole took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicodim Izvoranu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Virgil Stoian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Dinamo Bv's Laurențiu Aelenei got a free kick in the 45th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Aristide Miclea hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Virgil Stoian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Octavian Manole having to interfere. Octavian Manole showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicodim Izvoranu, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Matei Ştoia during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 62nd match minute, Dinamo Bv was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matei Ştoia to maneuver through the defense. In the 65thth minute of the game Damian Rădescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dinamo Bv's Octav Vâlcu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to S.S. Lazio Craiova getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Sorin Ardeleanu hit a great ball. Nicodim Izvoranu struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Octavian Manole didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dinamo Bv. In the 75th minute Matei Ştoia suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. S.S. Lazio Craiova's Iosif Păun got his second yellow card of the match in the 76th minute. The referee ordered Iosif Păun off the ground. After 81 minutes of play, S.S. Lazio Craiova's Ioan Chibulcutean made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Octav Vâlcu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ioan Chibulcutean sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 93rd minute by Virgil Stoian got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Sandu Lopatnicu kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The S.S. Lazio Craiova fans cheered their team off the field, for while Dinamo Bv had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
