Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 56th match minute, Lihulesti UFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolae Ailioaiei to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Aripile Vintului booed when Lihulesti UFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valeriu Bălanescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 62 minutes into the match, Aripile Vintului's goal looked a bit too open when Dacian Croitoru came free, but Edgar Talianu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicolae Ailioaiei kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Bogdan Teofil made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. In the 68th minute, Gheorghe Gherase hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 69th minute Dacian Croitoru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Talianu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edgar Talianu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ilie Logofeteanu in the 70th minute. The supporters of Lihulesti UFC booed when Aripile Vintului was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iustinian Barbăroșie didn't get a good kick on the ball. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dacian Croitoru couldn't finish the play. In the 79th minute, Lihulesti UFC's Isac Abraham seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Isac Abraham the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Lihulesti UFC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Isac Abraham had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. It was beautiful to see Aripile Vintului's Gheorghe Gherase in action when he in the 81st minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! After a defensive mix-up in Aripile Vintului's zone, Ilie Logofeteanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgar Talianu came out of the goal and Ilie Logofeteanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Nicolae Ailioaiei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Iustinian Barbăroșie kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Edgar Talianu was out of position in the 89 minute of play, and Ilie Logofeteanu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ilie Logofeteanu really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. Edgar Talianu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolae Ailioaiei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ilie Logofeteanu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 97thth minute, Edgar Talianu skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Nicolae Ailioaiei might have been able to make a better finish in the 98th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edgar Talianu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nicolae Ailioaiei ran back to his position shaking his head. The Aripile Vintului fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Lihulesti UFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
