Spectators: 7534 (Terracing: 5652, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Matei Ursu kicked off to start the match. If Damian Jugănaru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 4 minutes into the game, Trampoaiele CS's Eugen Bala nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Doru Vasiliu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Damian Jugănaru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doru Vasiliu having to interfere. Iași's Doru Vasiliu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugen Bala in the 13th minute of play. Doru Vasiliu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eugen Bala's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. Octav Olăroiu kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, Iași's goal looked a bit too open when Eugen Bala came free, but Doru Vasiliu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Trampoaiele CS's Eugen Bala in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Iași's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Iași getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Ilie Strungă hit a great ball. In the 25th minute Grigore Oltean shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doru Vasiliu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Octav Olăroiu kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Eugen Bala recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 32 minutes, Eugen Bala managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trampoaiele CS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eugen Bala was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Damian Jugănaru received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Doru Vasiliu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugen Bala in the 39th minute of play forced Iași's goalkeeper Doru Vasiliu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eugen Bala sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Trampoaiele CS's Eugen Bala got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Iași's zone, Eugen Bala stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Doru Vasiliu came out of the goal and Eugen Bala tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Iași players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Trampoaiele CS were winning 0-1.

Iași's Doru Vasiliu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugen Bala in the 53rd minute of play. The supporters of Iași booed when Trampoaiele CS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denis Trăiloiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eugen Bala in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Doru Vasiliu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Trampoaiele CS's Eugen Bala got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Doru Vasiliu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugen Bala, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. After 70 minutes, Marcel Vlaicu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Iași and the Trampoaiele CS players grew even worse after the yellow card. Marcel Vlaicu hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eugen Bala in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Doru Vasiliu saved Iași from getting behind. Doru Vasiliu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Grigore Oltean's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. After 79 played minutes Trampoaiele CS got a freekick which was hit by Denis Trăiloiu. Eric Busuioc kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. In the 87th minute, Ion Tăutu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Iași's goalkeeper Doru Vasiliu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eugen Bala in the 99th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Doru Vasiliu saved Iași from getting behind. Trampoaiele CS's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
