Eugen Crișan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emilian Visarion in the 21st minute of the match. Adam Sârbu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 29th minute of the match Emanuel Noica sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eugen Crișan skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to FC GLORIA BUZĂU getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Pavel Huștiu hit a great ball. After some careless play in the FC GLORIA BUZĂU defense, Emilian Visarion kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eugen Crișan. The FC GLORIA BUZĂU fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eugen Crișan should have stopped the shot. In the 37th minute, one of FC GLORIA BUZĂU:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC GLORIA BUZĂU. A collision led to Juguri getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Andrei Măgureanu hit a great ball. The FC GLORIA BUZĂU players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Juguri were winning 0-3.

The wind increased when Emilian Visarion made the kick off in the second half. Emilian Visarion in the 51stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Eugen Crișan, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 53 minutes into the game, Nechifor Şumălan lined in a short shot 0-4 behind a frustrated Eugen Crișan. Valer Lechințan struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Eugen Crișan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Juguri. After a defensive mix-up in FC GLORIA BUZĂU's zone, Emilian Visarion stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eugen Crișan came out of the goal and Emilian Visarion tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A hard shot 64 in the game by Emilian Visarion from a close distance when the talented Eugen Crișan managed to make a qualified save. FC GLORIA BUZĂU's players were relieved. 68 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC GLORIA BUZĂU's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Emilian Visarion was slow to take the kick. During this time Juguri's players had a chance to rest. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilian Visarion in the 70th minute of play forced FC GLORIA BUZĂU's goalkeeper Eugen Crișan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emilian Visarion who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 71stth minute tested the skills of Eugen Crișan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Cristinel Bădulescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emilian Visarion in the 82ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Eugen Crișan, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Emilian Visarion had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gelu Vuşcan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Irinel Cozaru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FC GLORIA BUZĂU's Irinel Todericiu got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The FC GLORIA BUZĂU fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Juguri were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
