Spectators: 7505 (Terracing: 5629, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Augustin Cordescu kicked off to start the match. Călin Cociubei's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cornel Tănăsie read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Augustin Cordescu struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Cornel Tănăsie didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Linistea. Marin Boteanu took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emanuel Cândea. Emanuel Cândea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bogdan Crețulescu got free with Emanuel Cândea in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bogdan Crețulescu hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. F.C. Litoral Corbu's Cornel Tănăsie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Călin Cociubei in the 27th minute of play. In the 29th minute Călin Cociubei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cornel Tănăsie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Linistea's Emanuel Cândea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rareș Zâncă in the 32nd minute of play. Augustin Cordescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cornel Tănăsie having to interfere. In the 41stth minute of the game Augustin Cordescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but F.C. Litoral Corbu's Cornel Tănăsie was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Isac Avramescu hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

After 52 minutes, Remus Nicolae mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the F.C. Litoral Corbu and the FC Linistea players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 52nd match minute, F.C. Litoral Corbu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remus Nicolae to maneuver through the defense. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind F.C. Litoral Corbu's goalkeeper Cornel Tănăsie, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 58 minutes, Călin Cociubei managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Linistea's supporters crossed their fingers, but Călin Cociubei was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Augustin Cordescu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Costel Bodea kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Ionică Udurbacs shot in the 63rd of the game seemed impossible, but Emanuel Cândea made a great throw and managed to grab the ball before it went below the crossbar. In the 65th minute of the match F.C. Litoral Corbu got a corner. FC Linistea's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ionică Udurbac ran over to the corner to take the kick. Emanuel Cândea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bogdan Crețulescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. After a defensive mix-up in F.C. Litoral Corbu's zone, Călin Cociubei stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cornel Tănăsie came out of the goal and Călin Cociubei tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When FC Linistea's Augustin Cordescu in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye F.C. Litoral Corbu's goalie prevented a goal. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. F.C. Litoral Corbu were victorious despite being under pressure from FC Linistea for much of the match.
