Spectators: 7220 (Terracing: 5700, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 20) Horaţiu Horia started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Pogon Szczecin's Sebastian Lăcătușu in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Uzlina's goalie prevented a goal. Florin Calota kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 17th minute, Sebastian Lăcătușu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Manuel Papadima came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Pogon Szczecin's Gică Ungur. But to his dismay, Gică Ungur quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Manuel Papadima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Lăcătușu in the 25th minute of play. If Sebastian Lăcătușu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 31 played minutes Uzlina got a freekick which was hit by Nicu Bobeanu. Manuel Papadima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gică Ungur in the 34th minute of play. Gică Ungur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Manuel Papadima tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gică Ungur recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Cazimir Boroș had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Uzlina's Rareș Holban got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gică Ungur stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Manuel Papadima took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gică Ungur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Uzlina's Manuel Papadima got control of the ball when Sebastian Lăcătușu tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 56th minute, Florin Calota hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sebastian Lăcătușu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Manuel Papadima tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gică Ungur in the 62nd minute of play forced Uzlina's goalkeeper Manuel Papadima to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Manuel Papadima showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gică Ungur, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. The audience was convinced that Horaţiu Horia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ernest Vrejiu was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. Pogon Szczecin's Ernest Vrejiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cazimir Boroș in the 74th minute of play. Gică Ungur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Papadima having to interfere. In the 78th match minute, Pogon Szczecin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristian Miclea to maneuver through the defense. In the 80th match minute, Pogon Szczecin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nichifor Boldișor to maneuver through the defense. Sebastian Lăcătușu scored 0-2 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Manuel Papadima, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cazimir Boroș blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ernest Vrejiu having to make a save.
